You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, guide junior colleagues, and help shape design direction across multiple projects in a hybrid London studio environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Senior Designer or Designer role within a brand or design agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating bold, innovative ideas and design excellence.
• Ability to translate strategy into impactful visual design across channels.
• Experience with consumer, FMCG/CPG or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of brand assets across multiple channels.
• Awareness of current design trends and how they affect audience engagement.

• Lead conceptual exploration across medium to large-scale branding projects from ideation to refinement.
• Develop innovative, strategically grounded design solutions across digital, print and experiential touchpoints.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to define project direction and deliver best-in-class work from concept to production.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate ideas and craft across the team.
• Collaborate with design, client and production teams to ensure delivery to the highest standard.
