Agency (Home Counties Creative & Digital) in the UK is seeking a skilled Middleweight Designer to join the studio. You will craft high-quality visual concepts for campaigns, brands and digital channels, taking ideas from concept to execution.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute ideas during the creative process, and help mentor junior designers while developing towards a senior role. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for typography, layout and detail.
• Portfolio showing high-quality design across campaigns, digital and social.
• Experience turning creative ideas into polished design executions for brands.
• Understanding how to develop creative work for different brands, audiences and marketing objectives.
• Some conceptual experience and confidence to contribute ideas during the creative process.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsabilités

• Take creative ideas and develop them into high-quality visual concepts and design executions.
• Create design work for pitches, campaigns, advertising and brand awareness activity.
• Design and produce campaign assets across social, digital and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with retained client accounts and project-based campaigns.
• Bring ideas to life through typography, layout, imagery and visual storytelling.
• Support development of creative concepts and provide feedback to junior designers.
• Work with Creative and Design Leads, Account Teams and the wider agency.
• Ensure all output is high quality and consistent across brands and touchpoints.
• Over time, assist with project oversight and mentoring junior team members.
• Keep up to date with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI.
