Landor in London is seeking a Midweight Designer to join our packaging and consumer brand team. You will translate client briefs into strong creative concepts across CPG packaging, digital and experiential formats.

Collaborating with cross‑functional partners, you’ll establish visual language, craft compelling layouts, and contribute to project outcomes while adopting Landor’s collaborative, hybrid way of working.

Formación

• Demonstrates strong creative excellence and conceptual thinking
• Can confidently integrate a brand’s message, colour, imagery, type, composition and other assets
• Knowledge of current and upcoming creative and design trends
• Awareness of trends across industries and culture shaping brand interaction
• Passion for design, brand and creative excellence
• Strong technical skills with a range of creative software and ability to sketch concepts

• Confidently works across multiple projects, coordinating with design, client and production teams to meet client needs to the highest standard

• Collaborates with peers and partner groups to ensure project design continuity
• Works well independently and in a team, contributing to design critiques
• Leverages design processes to ensure deliverables and timelines
• Interacts with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional manner
• Makes the most of AI to maximize efficiencies
