Job summary

Chaos in Guildford is seeking a talented midweight to senior creative designer to join our studio, helping craft pitch-winning concepts and brand identities.

You will work closely with the Design Director and Creative Director, lead on pitches, and direct third-party partners, from photography to 3D builds, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in a creative agency.
• Proven ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Strong typography and graphic design skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to lead pitches and direct third-party collaborators.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive team player eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create pitch-winning concepts and articulate them clearly.
• Develop and craft brand identities.
• Lead on pitches and live projects.
• Art direct photography, video shoots, illustration, and 3D builds.
• Collaborate closely with Design Director and Creative Director.
• Contribute original, strategically-led creative ideas.
