Craft Agency Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Brand & Digital Designer to lead brand and digital design across a varied client portfolio, from short-form social work to long strategic branding.
You will generate and pitch concepts, shape creative direction from early thinking through to finished work, and collaborate closely with founders in a lean, senior team.
The role offers hybrid working, 25 days holiday, health insurance and dedicated learning funds to support your development.
Strategic, visionary and out to defy expectations, this creative studio isn’t in the business of delivering your average marketing – they’re a small team with a big vision who are here to push creative boundaries.
Crafting pioneering marketing strategies to get the right people noticing their clients, they’re looking for a Brand & Digital Designer who can make the most of their expertise to help brands align their offline and online identities.
You’ll lead brand and digital design across a varied client portfolio – short-form social and campaign work at one end, longer strategic brand initiatives at the other. The point of the role is that you contribute ideas, not just execute them. You’ll generate and pitch concepts internally and directly to clients, and you’ll help shape creative direction from early thinking through to finished work.
The remit spans branding, web, motion and campaigns. You’ll work with real independence across concurrent projects, translating strategic briefs into work that aligns how a brand looks online and off. Because the team is lean and senior, you sit close to the founders and Creative Director on brand-defining projects – the kind that get presented at industry events, not buried in a process.
You’re a middleweight with a few years in a studio, brand agency or creative marketing environment somewhere small enough that you’ve worked with real clients directly. Your portfolio spans identity, web, motion and campaign work, and shows a clear grasp of process, not just polish. You’re confident presenting your own thinking. An affinity for B2B and technology brands would make this a particularly strong fit.
