Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Chaos Design in Guildford is seeking a junior designer to help create pitch-winning concepts and craft brand identities. You’ll work closely with the team on original, strategically-led ideas and you’ll be in with the team 3 days a week if possible.
You’ll need strong graphic design and typography skills, solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the ability to talk about your work and decisions. A proactive, curious maker with initiative will thrive here.
You'll be a real part of a small studio, working closely with the whole team on original, strategically-led ideas. If you think in motion as well as still, even better.
We're more interested in how you think than in how long you've been doing it. Your portfolio matters more than your CV. We'd like someone who can easily commute to our main studio in Guildford and ideally be in with the team 3 days a week.
