Job summary

Chaos Design in Guildford is seeking a talented midweight or senior creative designer to shape pitch-winning concepts, articulate ideas clearly, and craft brands with strong typography and identity work.

You will work with the Design Director and Creative Director in a small, collaborative studio, lead on pitches, explore motion concepts, and bring brands to life through strategic, original creative across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a creative agency.
• Able to present ideas clearly and articulately.
• Able to lead on pitches and live projects.
• Strong typography and graphic design skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create pitch-winning concepts and articulate them clearly.
• Craft brand identities and bring brands to life in motion where possible.
• Work closely with Design Director and Creative Director.
• Generate original, strategically-led creative ideas and executions.
• Lead design initiatives on pitches and live projects.
• Collaborate effectively in a small team.
