Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join our Midlands Region, based in Ashby. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure every home meets our quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence is essential.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are required.
• Experience as Site Manager on a new build residential site is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and record progress using approved methods.
• Ensure high-quality construction in line with standards.
• Resolve customer queries during production cycle.
• Appoint and manage subcontractors suitable for the site.
• Coordinate labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Monitor outputs and sign off work for payment.
• Organise inspections under Building Regulations and liaise with inspectors.
• Supervise road and sewer construction on site.
• Conduct pre-completion inspections with customers.
