Job summary

Bloor Homes is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for the South Midlands Region, based in Thame Meadows, Oxfordshire. Working closely with the Site Manager, the role is diverse with a strong training and development programme designed to equip you with the skills to progress and enjoy every day.

You will supervise all employed and sub-contract personnel on site, liaising with construction professionals and customers, with a focus on quality and on-time build.

Qualifications

• Experience on a new build construction site.
• SMSTS qualification and First Aid.
• Knowledge of site health and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
• Strong commercial awareness and business sense.
• Excellent attention to detail with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employed and sub-contract labour on site with the Site Manager.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and deliveries to ensure quality and programme.
• Schedule works to meet production targets and maintain quality.
• Ensure working methods are followed correctly.
• Assist with pre-completion inspections with customers.
• Support the Sales Team by coordinating show homes maintenance.
