Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our South West Region, based in Basingstoke. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll supervise on-site teams, coordinate sub-contractors and materials, and help drive the build programme to a high standard.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification and First Aid required.
• Knowledge of site health and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site labour and subcontractors with the Site Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to support the build programme.
• Schedule work to meet production targets and maintain quality.
• Ensure working methods comply with standards and safety requirements.
• Assist with pre-completion inspections and customer handover readiness.
• Support the sales team in show home preparation and maintenance.
• Assist Customer Care with timely maintenance and repairs.
• Attend relevant meetings and uphold company policies.
