Job summary

James George Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking two Regional Commercial Finance Sales Executives to join a fast-growing brokerage. You’ll start at the brand-new head office in Birmingham city centre, then move into a Midlands field-based role.

You will generate and develop new business opportunities with SMEs, advise on finance solutions such as asset finance, leasing and business loans, and build a robust pipeline from enquiry to payout.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience in commercial finance or brokerage.
• Background in leasing, asset finance, business loans or similar.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated with ability to build a personal pipeline.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with clients and independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Spending initial weeks office-based in Birmingham to onboard and learn products and funders.
• Move into a regional role, meeting clients face-to-face across the Midlands.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities with SMEs and commercial clients.
• Advise clients on finance solutions including asset finance, leasing and business loans.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline from enquiry through to payout.
• Work with a panel of funders to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Develop long-term relationships leading to repeat business and referrals.
