Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group represents a market-leading manufacturer in the Midlands and is seeking an ambitious Account Manager / Field Sales Executive to cover Birmingham and surrounding areas.

You will manage an established distributor network, conduct 5–6 face-to-face appointments per day, and focus on upselling within existing accounts while diary-managing your territory with support from internal teams. No sector-specific experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in field-based roles.
• Experience managing existing customer relationships and growing accounts.
• Ability to conduct 5–6 face-to-face appointments per day.
• Full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established network of wholesalers and distributors.
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to promote products.
• Plan and manage own diary and territory in collaboration with internal teams.
