Job summary

Aliaxis UK is seeking an Area Account Manager to grow demand for our pipes and fittings across the Midlands. You will spend four days a week in the field, building relationships with distributors and influencing project specifications to secure conversions.

Ideal candidates will have proven field sales experience in construction, strong CRM skills, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience selling through distributors and working on project specs.
• Ability to influence design-and-build project specifications.
• Data-driven, pipeline-focused with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship building and driving promotions/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with independent and national distributors.
• Build and execute a regional account plan aligned to sales strategy.
• Spend at least 4 days a week in the field meeting customers.
• Identify and influence project opportunities with contractors.
• Create pull-demand, deliver take-offs, track pipelines and conversions.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Major Account Managers.
