Job summary

Trinity Commercial LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Midlands from our Dudley office. The role blends sales, relationship management and appointments, leveraging warm leads and an established database to win new business.

Key focus areas include selling PAT Testing and Fixed Wire Testing services, building long-term client partnerships, and helping shape Midlands expansion as the operation scales. Hybrid work pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, electrical compliance, testing or facilities services sector.
• Proven track record in a sales/BDM role.
• Ability to quote and sell solutions confidently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Work from established database of customers and prospects.
• Follow up warm leads and develop new opportunities.
• Make outbound calls and build customer relationships.
• Arrange and attend customer appointments and meetings.
• Visit businesses across the Midlands and beyond.
• Understand customer requirements and present compliance solutions.
