Qualifications
- Healthcare experience required.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project programmes with milestones.
- Monitor prelims and staffing for cost control on site.
- Manage subcontractors and direct daily on-site operations.
- Enforce health and safety rules and regulations.
- Update clients and stakeholders regularly on progress; report to Construction Director.
