Job summary

Linsco is recruiting for an M&E Manager in Coventry to support a large regional construction business on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers overseeing design, installation and ongoing maintenance of essential building services.

You will work with estimators and delivery teams, review installation plans, ensure compliance with building regs and health and safety, and report progress to managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment in buildings.
• Covering water, gas, electricity supplies, lighting, heating and air-conditioning.
• Managing ICT, security systems, lifts and escalators.
• Ensuring efficiency, quality and affordability across design, installation and maintenance.
