Job summary

Linsco are seeking a Project Manager to lead a £23m Nottingham City Centre development and oversee East and West Midlands workstreams.

You will plan programmes, drive cost control, manage subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and report progress to the Construction Director. This permanent, full-time role rewards organisation and hands-on leadership with ongoing training.

• Healthcare experience required.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Working with the planner, create project programmes, set realistic timelines, and track milestones.
• Cost Control: Working with the commercial team, monitor prelims and staffing. Overall cost control on site.
• Team and Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors, lead internal team and direct daily operations on-site.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules and regulations
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, Previous project management experience Communication: Update clients and stakeholders regularly on progress and resolve unexpected site issues. Report to Construction Director and Senior team.
