Job summary

Menter a Busnes is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow our agricultural product range among farmers in the Midlands. You will build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and present our animal feed, fertilisers, seeds and general farm supplies in a field-based role.

Ideal candidates bring proven agricultural sales experience, strong customer service, and willingness to travel across the territory. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required, with FAR/FACTS advantageous.

Qualifications

• Agricultural sales experience to farmers or farm suppliers is essential.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships across a territory.
• NVQ Level 2 or Scottish NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and capitalise on sales in the Midlands.
• Identify sales calls to new and existing clients in person and by phone.
• Develop and present company products to clients and prospects.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
