Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading agricultural sales business to appoint a Field Sales Account Manager. You will cover Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset and North-east Somerset, managing existing live clients and expanding the territory with farmers and agribusinesses.

The role is field-based with a diary-led schedule to hit sales targets, and requires proven agricultural sales and account management experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven agricultural sales and account management experience in a field-based role selling to farmers.
• Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability.
• Professional presentation and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset & North-east Somerset.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with farming companies and independents.
• Identify new leads and convert opportunities within the defined territory.
• Attend industry exhibitions and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with telesales and participate in sales meetings and training.
