Job summary

Midlands Seed Co. is seeking a Seed Sales Specialist to own an established Midlands territory and manage a growing customer base.

You will promote seed varieties, build strong relationships with farmers and agronomists, and identify opportunities to increase sales across multiple crops. The role is home-based with regular travel to farms and customers in the Midlands, working closely with the regional sales team and reporting into the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or farming environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in seed and crop production.
• Good IT and CRM usage.
• Seed or agronomy qualifications bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Midlands customer base.
• Promote seed varieties and grow sales across crops.
• Build relationships with farmers and agronomists.
• Organise farmer meetings, trials, and demonstrations.
• Report to Regional Sales Manager and work with regional team.
• Manage orders and activity through CRM.
