Job summary

Symphony is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Middleware team, building and maintaining microservices powering a global ecosystem. You will work on Datafeed, Tenant Lifecycle Management, and Search systems, gaining hands-on experience in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and modern GitOps/DevOps practices.

We welcome early-career engineers with a proactive mindset and a drive to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices for reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Golang and/or Python; knowledge of Java and/or Python.
Familiarity with distributed systems, data structures and databases.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, writing clean, testable code to build and maintain microservices in an agile environment.
Support core middleware services handling real-time event delivery, tenant management, and search functionalities.
Learn and implement automation tooling to deploy and operate cloud applications using GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with senior engineers and SRE teams through code reviews, documentation, and planning sessions.
