Responsibilities

• Provide targeted learning support for Years 7 and 8 through in-class, small group and individual interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and Learning Strategies team to develop effective learning plans.
• Monitor, assess and report student progress using data to inform outcomes.
• Support students with diverse needs using assistive technologies and appropriate adjustments.
• Coordinate support programs and contribute to student wellbeing and transitions.
• Participate in the broader life of the School and work within a student-centred community.
