Responsibilities

• Support student leadership, service learning and House-based initiatives that enrich the student experience.
• Play a key role in daily leadership and operation of the Wadhurst campus, including timetabling, events and student administration.
• Build partnerships with students, families and staff to foster belonging, respect and high expectations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and professional growth of staff, contributing to a high-performing team culture.
• Teach up to 0.5 FTE while modelling contemporary teaching practice and remaining connected to students.
