Job summary

Woodlands School is seeking an exceptional Middle Leader with responsibility for Inclusion. The role includes responsibility for community engagement and inclusion, positive behaviour support & Thrive approach, and leading a priority subject across the school.

The successful candidate will teach a class 4 days a week and have Middle Leader / PPA time for 1 day a week. We are looking for a practitioner who is keen to take on a new challenge and is able to initiate creative approaches to learning

Qualifications

• Experience as middle leader or equivalent in a school.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and Thrive approach.
• Ability to inspire colleagues through creative approaches to learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion strategy across the school.
• Teach a class 4 days a week.
