Woodlands School in Harrow is seeking a Middle Leader with responsibility for Inclusion to drive community engagement, positive behaviour support, and the Thrive approach while teaching a class four days a week.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Senior Leadership Team, benefit from induction and coaching, and contribute to a diverse school community with flexible working and well-being support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a middle leader or senior teacher with responsibility for inclusion.
• Ability to lead community engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to teach a class 4 days a week with Middle Leader/PPA time 1 day.

• Lead inclusion and Thrive approach across the school.
• Oversee community engagement and positive behaviour support.
