Woodlands School in Edgware invites applications for a Middle Leader with responsibility for Inclusion (Class based). The role combines leadership of inclusion, community engagement and behaviour support with teaching a class four days a week.

You will lead the Thrive approach, manage a priority subject, and collaborate with a forward-looking Senior Leadership Team to drive improvement. The post is permanent, full-time with a competitive salary and allowances.

What we need is an exceptional Middle Leader with responsibility for Inclusion. The role will include responsibility for community engagement and inclusion, positive behaviour support & the Thrive approach, and leading a priority subject/s across the school. The successful candidate will teach a class 4 days a week and have Middle Leader / PPA time for 1 day a week.

We are looking for a practitioner who is keen to take on a new challenge and is able to initiate creative approaches to learning and inspire other teachers.
