Job summary

Paddox Primary School, a large three-form entry school on the outskirts of Rugby, invites applications for a Fixed-term Midday Supervisor (1 year). The role runs 11:45am–1:15pm, Monday to Friday, supporting pupils during lunchtimes and promoting safety and positive play.

You will work as part of a friendly team, be flexible and energetic, and contribute to the school's good ethos and OPAL outdoor play initiatives. Closing date 8 November 2026.

Fixed-term Midday Supervisor

Paddox Primary School is a large school and this is an exciting time to join our hard working, dedicated group of staff. We are a three form entry school situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Rugby. We are looking to recruit a Fixed-term Midday Supervisor (1 year), Working hours are 11:45am – 1:15pm Monday – Friday the start date is TBC. We are an OPAL school (Outdoor Play and Learning) and this role would be fundamental with this.

In March 2023 we received a good grading from Ofsted. Our report said:’ Pupils play happily work hard and achieve well.’
