The role requires a caring, kind personality with strong communication and nurturing skills to help promote safe play, good manners and positive behaviour at all times.

Successful candidate will work independently as required and help create a warm, welcoming lunchtime environment for all children.

Midday Supervisor in our wonderful school. Our school is a very welcoming and warm place where everyone works hard to ensure the best for the children. In a recent inspection, Ofsted wrote that ‘

pupils’ behaviour is excellent, they play cooperatively on the playground and

they are keen to help one another’.

Ensuring that our children feel happy and safe at lunchtimes is pivotal to our success. We are seeking someone with a caring, kind personality with a range of strategies to ensure that our pupils’ personal, social and emotional needs are met. The successful candidates will be expected to promote outdoor play and positive behaviour, as well as good manners at all times. Candidates will need to demonstrate good communication and nurturing skills, be enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative.
