Job summary

Sedley's Church of England Primary School is seeking a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. The role is part-time, term-time only, with 3 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:45am to 1:15pm, contributing to a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for children.

The successful candidate will help ensure lunchtimes run smoothly, support wellbeing, promote inclusive play, and work with colleagues to maintain a caring environment.

Midday Supervisor

Part-time, permanent

Working hours: 3 hours per week during term-time (38 weeks per year), Thursday & Friday 11.45am - 1.15pm

Salary: AAT A.1 - actual salary £1,810.07 per annum (FTE £26,168)

We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team at Sedley's CE Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive lunchtime experience for our children.

As a Midday Supervisor, you will help ensure that lunchtimes run smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, or other areas during the lunch break.
• Encouraging healthy eating and positive behaviour.
• Supporting children’s wellbeing and promoting a happy, friendly atmosphere.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and caring environment.
