Job summary

Sedley? Sedley's CE Primary School is seeking a Midday Supervisor to oversee lunchtimes and help create a safe, enjoyable environment for pupils during term-time.

The role is part-time (3 hours per week, 38 weeks per year) with duties on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:45am to 1:15pm. Applicants should be enthusiastic about working with children and committed to inclusive education.

Salary: AAT A.1 - actual salary £1,810.07 per annum (FTE £26,168)

We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team at Sedley's CE Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive lunchtime experience for our children.

As a Midday Supervisor, you will help ensure that lunchtimes run smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, or other areas during the lunch break.
• Encouraging healthy eating and positive behaviour.
• Supporting children’s wellbeing and promoting a happy, friendly atmosphere.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and caring environment.
