Job summary

Hunloke Park Primary School is accepting applications for two Midday Supervisors. The role runs during lunchtimes, 11.55 am to 1.05 pm, for 5 hours 50 minutes per week, term time only. You will help supervise pupils, manage behaviour positively and contribute to a calm, safe lunch period.

Successful applicants will join Redhill Academy Trust and undergo safeguarding checks, with CPD opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, flexible, conscientious approach with experience in good behaviour management.
• Experience in working with children and ability to communicate with adults and children.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a school lunchtime setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide lunchtime supervision from 11:55 am to 1:05 pm.
• Support pupils with play and ensure high quality play experiences.
• Maintain calm and efficient supervision under pressure and work as part of the school team.

The pupils, staff, and governors wish to appoint two enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team over lunchtime, from 1st September 2026. We are keen to appoint caring, flexible, conscientious staff who are experienced in good behaviour management.
We are proud of the positive ethos in our school and we are looking for staff with a calm and efficient manner who can work under pressure and have the ability to communicate effectively with both adults and young children. Lunchtime is an important part of the school day and we are looking for staff to provide high quality play experience for all our children.
Applicants should be able to work as part of a team and ideally have some experience of working with children.
The hours of work will be 11.55 am to 1.05 pm
