Job summary

Bidford on Avon Primary School is seeking a caring Midday Supervisor to help provide a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for pupils. You will supervise lunchtime activities, support social interaction, and promote positive behaviour in a friendly, inclusive environment.

The role requires a reliable team player who can engage children in structured play and support the wellbeing of all pupils during lunch and break times. This is a permanent post with daily hours from 12:00 to 13:30.

About The Role

Bidford on Avon Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that lunchtime is a safe, happy and enjoyable experience for all pupils. Duties will include supervising children whilst they eat their lunch, supporting positive social interactions, encouraging good behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils during playground activities.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children and can help create a positive and inclusive lunchtime environment.
