Job summary

Jack Tizard School is looking for a caring staff member to help keep pupils safe during meals and support their eating, drinking and play activities. You will work with pupils aged 2 to 19 with SLD/PMLD, in a diverse, inclusive school with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Job description

You will play a vital role in keeping pupils safe during mealtimes, supporting them to improve their eating and drinking skills and providing fun play and interaction opportunities. This is a truly a life enhancing role and one where no two days are the same.

We are a special school for pupils aged 2 to 19 years with a range of Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Jack Tizard is a happy, friendly school where pupils are encouraged and supported to learn and achieve.
