Job summary

Hilltop Primary School in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Midday Meals Supervisor to lead a team of Midday Assistants during lunchtimes. You will promote safe, sociable and happy breaks, encourage healthy eating and support pupils returning to classrooms.

We are looking for a dedicated, attentive and forward thinking Midday Meals Supervisor t o join our supportive and collaborative team. You will lead a proactive and friendly team of Midday Assistants initiating positive play, creating a purposeful and inclusive learning environment and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children is maintained at all times.

12.5hrs Mon - Fri 11.00 - 13.30

Using a calm and caring approach you will demonstrate fantastic meal time manners, encourage healthy eating and be ready to help with balancing those peas or that overflowing cup of water! The Midday Meals Supervisor is a crucial role in ensuring our children enjoy safe, sociable and happy lunchtimes and are ready to learn when they return to their classrooms.
