Kingsway Community Primary School in Leamington Spa is seeking a Part-time Midday Dinner Supervisor to join its friendly team. This 6.25-hour-per-week role runs term-time only (39 weeks) and spans the lunch period in the dining hall, playground and around school.

You will promote safe, happy lunchtime experiences, model good manners and inclusive play, and bring a calm, patient and caring approach while working with children.

Salary: £24,796 per anum pro rata (Actual - £3,618)

We are looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Dinner Supervisor to become part of our friendly and supportive team at Kingsway Community Primary School.

This is a rewarding role at the heart of our school day, helping to make lunchtime a safe, happy and positive experience for all children. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and around school, encouraging good manners, positive behaviour and inclusive play, while helping every child feel supported and valued.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, communicates well, works positively as part of a team and brings a calm, patient and caring approach to the role. Experience of supervising or working with children would be welcomed, along with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
