Job summary

Parkwood Academy is seeking a caring Midday Assistant (SEND) to supervise lunchtime activities and support pupils during the day. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment and supporting students with SEND.

The position runs 11:30am to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday, during term time. It is a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, with an annual salary in the given range. Early applications are encouraged as the vacancy may close earlier.

Job description

Job Title: Midday Assistant - SEND

Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2027

Hours per week: 7 hours 30 minutes per week

Scale: Scale 2, Point 4-5 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Actual Salary: £4,259.12 - £4,326.42

Start Date: ASAP following interviews
