Job summary

The Westborough School is seeking a part-time Midday Assistant to support pupils during lunch and playtime. You will help children select meals, clear tables, and maintain positive behaviour in a busy school environment.

As part of a friendly staff team, you will also assist with basic first aid and lead games and activities on the playground. Training and SEEAT benefits are provided.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with children.

Job description

MIDDAY ASSISTANT

Required as soon as possible

8.75 hours per week (11.45am to 13:30pm Mon-Thurs &11.30am-13.15pm Friday)

38 Weeks per year.

Your role would involve:

• assisting children with selecting their meals
• clearing tables
• maintaining good behaviour and conduct
• administering basic first aid
• leading games and activities with the children on the playground
