In March2025Treetops School was judged by Ofsted to havemaintainedthe standardsidentifiedat thepreviousinspection.Thepreviousinspection was in February 2020, at which time Treetops was judged as Outstanding. Treetops Free School, which officially opened in September 2022, was judged Good in its first Ofsted inspection in March 2024.
The Role:We areseekingto appoint Midday Assistants to support students during their lunch time.This role involves ensuring students are safe, engaged and supported during outdoor play and lunchtime activities.The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach to working with children with a variety of special needs and will be committed to promoting an inclusive and positive environment.
Previousexperience of working with children with special educational needs whilst not essential, is preferable.
