About The Role

This role is ideal for an agile Mid Weight Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker with a can-do attitude, eager to grow with a fast-paced creative team and passionate about producing pixel-perfect designs. The candidate should have Figma experience to help bring our brands to life through marketing materials across print, digital, and other mediums.

As a Mid Weight Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker, you will support the team in developing emails aligned with our brand identity, focusing on functionality and style. You will adapt and roll out assets across digital platforms, including social media and online advertising, collaborating closely with designers and copywriters to deliver campaign creative work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing print and digital assets, contributing fresh ideas while maintaining brand aesthetic.
• Experience in asset production and adaptation for digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across assets for digital and print.
• Research trends and customer needs to inform design decisions.
• Implement design changes and efficiently roll out assets.
• Maintain meticulous file organization and management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

What You’ll Need

• Attention to detail, producing pixel-perfect work and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio demonstrating skills in Figma and Adobe software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and amendments.
• Basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro (bonus).
• Graphic Design qualification or similar.
