Job Description: As a UX and Graphic Designer at VE3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and creating stunning visual content. This position requires a unique blend of UX design, graphic design, and exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, an innovative approach to intuitive design, and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions enhancing user experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Create visually appealing graphic designs for various media including websites, mobile apps, social media, advertisements, brochures, and corporate identity.
• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are both visually stunning and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.
• Ensure consistency in designs by following brand guidelines and design standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX design, as well as innovations in PowerPoint presentation design.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Ability to storyboard and produce motion graphics and animation
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
