About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic and Digital Designer to join our design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with across the agency, with client, and content teams to create visually compelling digital and print assets that reflect our clients brand identity and engage audiences. You should have strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to execute projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentations, infographics, and web assets.
• Support the creation of brand collateral such as brochures, packaging, signage, and promotional items.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, UX) to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Translate creative briefs into polished designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the UK team when working on Global client projects

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic and digital design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and print design.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and digital asset optimization.
• Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and an eye for detail.
• Must have experience in B2B and the technology market would be an advantage
