The Role:

We seek a talented Mid-Level Animator and Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. This hands-on role involves developing engaging animations and motion graphics for diverse projects, working closely with directors and producers to produce visually impactful content aligned with client branding. An understanding of AI's role in post-production is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality 2D and some 3D animations for videos, social media, websites, and film sequences.
• Create motion graphics such as titles, infographics, and transitions.
• Collaborate on storyboards, develop animatics, and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure visual consistency within brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines and deliver assets on schedule.
• Stay updated on animation trends and techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
• Organize and maintain project files efficiently.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Embrace AI technologies in post-production.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years professional experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Animate/Toon Boom, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus.
• Strong grasp of animation principles and design aesthetics.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse animation and motion graphics work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
