We're looking for a 2D/3D Animator to join a new in-house team at one of our top clients.

Embedded within our client's organisation, you'll have the best of both worlds - access to learning from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world, with all the benefits and perks of eight&four agency culture.

You'll be a solid midweight 2D/3D Creative, capable of working independently and collaboratively with various client stakeholders. You should be calm under pressure, mature in difficult situations, and a problem solver both in your work and when plans go awry. Essentially, you're a professional, excellent at your craft, and a reliable team player for an expanding team.

This role is fully remote but limited to candidates based in the UK.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in an animation studio, production company, or advertising environment
• Basic knowledge of art theory, including composition and colour theory
• A strong portfolio demonstrating 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic work across various channels
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects
• Strong storytelling and editing abilities
• A passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
• Experience leading and motivating small creative teams
• Great attention to detail to ensure content consistency in style, quality, and tone
• A flexible, creative mindset adaptable to business needs
• Experience motivating creatives in collaborative environments

Bonus Skills:

• Typography and graphic design skills
• Good illustration skills
• Social media expertise
• Experience creating content for user acquisition
