Job summary

Halcyon Way School is seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Leaders to join our dedicated team. You will support pupils during lunch, encouraging positive behaviour and supervising play activities to promote wellbeing and safe, social interaction.

We welcome someone who is calm, patient and committed to safeguarding. Training will be provided, and experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring demeanour.
• Enjoys working with children with SEND.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable, but training will be provided.
