The position includes working with sales teams, educating customers, and driving new business opportunities. As we continue to work with more exciting and global clients, we are looking for a customer focussed candidate. Eager to learn and develop the skills required to be subject matter expert (SME) and become a trusted Microsoft Solution Specialist.
The role will require you to work closely with the sales team, to support product licensing enquiries, to help customers understand the best way to procure and license products and ultimately drive product sales through our CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) offering. Training materials and access on learning portals will be provided by Cisilion. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to attend customer meetings, educate sales, run webinars, and drive new business opportunities within our existing and new customer base.
