The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 and NCE, driving optimization and opportunity creation through collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

This role involves strategic customer engagement, upselling, and supporting co-sell opportunities with Microsoft. A strong background in Microsoft licensing, customer-facing skills, and commercial awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft licensing within a CSP, MSP, or reseller environment.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and NCE licensing models.
• Proven ability to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 and NCE licensing.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support strategic customer engagement, including account planning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
