Job summary

Avanade seeks a senior Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) for UK Retail & Consumer Goods to grow Microsoft-related services across named accounts. You will set strategy, lead executive discussions, and orchestrate Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft teams to drive transformation and revenue.

You will translate business challenges into Microsoft-enabled roadmaps, lead GenAI initiatives, and ensure measurable client outcomes in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background within a leading firm or SI.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Executive presence with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Copilot, Fabric, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft strategy and growth agenda in assigned Retail & Consumer Goods accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with client priorities and Microsoft opportunities.
• Act as trusted Microsoft advisor to enterprise client CxOs and Accenture leadership.
• Shape opportunities and drive co-sell motions with Microsoft.
• Lead AI-driven transformation roadmaps and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Collaborate across Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft capabilities to deliver solutions.
• Manage Microsoft-related sales, pipeline, and revenue targets.
