Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Location: Remote (London-based, as occasional travel may be required)

Engagement Type: Consultant / Time & Material Contractor

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CE Consultant to support our pre-sales and solution delivery efforts on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a consultative mindset, strong technical background, and a focus on client engagement, especially within government or non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical presentations, and tailored product demos
2. Lead solution design and consult on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Sales and Power Platform implementations
3. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape technical strategies aligned with client needs
4. Hands-on with configuring MS Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Insights, and Customer Service modules.
5. Experience designing solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 CE with tight integration with various ISV add-ons and integrations.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including C-level executives
7. Simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
8. Support proposal development and contribute to winning new business

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
2. Strong background in consultative sales, technical solutioning, and project deliveries.
3. Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively
4. Experience with enterprise CRM deployments, preferably in government or non-profit domains
5. Willingness to travel occasionally within or around London for onsite meetings and user training.
