About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will support the organisation's mission by implementing their new Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the system supports their requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Train and support users to maximize system utilization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong CRM knowledge.
• Deep understanding of at least one Dynamics 365 CE module (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Field Service).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in the non-profit or charity sector is preferred.
