Maven Partners seeks an experienced Technology Alliance Manager to lead its Microsoft Alliance. The role shapes alliance strategy, builds senior relationships with Microsoft and partners, and aligns technology capabilities with client needs across Risk Assurance and wider business teams.

You will drive growth through strategic programs, manage cross-functional delivery, and mentor junior team members while ensuring governance and quality standards. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in alliance or partner management.
• Experience with technology partnerships, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Microsoft Alliance strategy, supporting the execution of strategic objectives and business plans.
• Manage key alliance and client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Build relationships with senior Microsoft and alliance stakeholders for collaboration and growth.
• Identify propositions that leverage Microsoft technology and complement wider capabilities.
• Drive market penetration, demand generation, revenue growth, and pipeline development across the Alliance.
• Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategic direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client solutions.
• Support delivery of strategic programmes and exceptional client outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet governance and quality standards.
• Provide strategic, risk and technology insight to clients through change programs.
• Lead, supervise and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to the growth of the Technology Alliance and Risk Assurance offering.
